Returns
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once you have the return authorization number, please ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item(s).
