Shipping Schedule:

Petscarehaven ships orders every day of the week, except for Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Options:

We provide two shipping options:

Regular Shipping: This method typically takes 4-5 days for delivery.
Airmail Shipping: A faster option, with delivery typically within 2-3 days.

Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the selected method and the distance to the destination. Regular shipping is the default option, but customers in need of expedited delivery should choose the Airmail shipping method during checkout.

Address Requirements:

To ensure successful delivery, please provide an accurate shipping address. Petscarehaven will not be liable for parcels lost during transit due to incorrect addresses. It is your responsibility to ensure that you or a trusted recipient is available to receive the package at the specified address. Failure to do so may result in the package being held at the delivery/postal office for a specified period, after which you must arrange for pickup.

Additional Fees and Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by regional authorities in their country or state. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package not being delivered. Petscarehaven will not be held responsible if your shipment is seized due to unpaid fees.

Delivery Delays:

Please be aware that delivery delays may occur, under certain crisis. Additionally, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, man-made tragedies, riots, curfews, etc., may cause delays or interruptions in delivery. In such cases, we will either wait for the issue to be resolved or provide a refund for the affected order.
